Try this amazing MACARONI PIE with BEEF

This Macaroni Pie with Beef Recipe is my go to, its easy yet absolutely delicious!!

Ingredients
1 1b Mince Beef
1-2 cups Marinara or Pasta Sauce
Onion & Garlic (Finely chopped)
Bell Peppers & Pimento Peppers ( Finely chopped)
Scallion & Thyme (Finely chopped)
Salt & Seasoning to taste


250-300 grams elbow macaroni
1 cup evaporated milk
Cheese of choice
Salt & Seasoning to taste
