Описание

Rigatoni Bolognese with Grana Padano:

Ingredients
For the Ragu Sauce:
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
* 1 carrot, finely chopped
* 300g minced beef
* 1/2 cup pancetta, diced
* 500g Tomato Sauce
* Salt, black pepper and basil to taste
For the Rigatoni:
* 400g rigatoni pasta
* Salt for pasta water
For Serving:
* Freshly grated Grana Padano cheese
* Fresh basil
Instructions
Making the Bolognese Sauce:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot
2. Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add minced meat and cook for more 5-6 minutes
4. Add carrots and cook for another 3 minutes
5. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat to low and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
7. Add rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
8. Drain the water
9. Put the rigatoni in a plate with ragu sauce and add a good amount of Grana Padano Cheese
