We can add any flours but I added jawari,amaranth,besan,rice and whole wheat to keep it on healthy side . Mix spices of your choice and chopped onions to make tight dough. Add oil to pan, on medium flame initially then to lower flame with lid. Keep breaking and mix it well till it becomes powdered.
It’s time consuming but tastes good with different from everyday and also can be done with little millets or any other flours.
Adding different grains will keep us more healthy.
