Salmon with Lentils

Recipe:
Dice 1 celery, 1 carrot, 1 onion and finely chop some garlic. Cook the veg for 3-5mins at low to medium heat or until translucent and fragrant. I made a spice mix (2 tsp of coriander seeds, 1 bay leaf, 2 tbsp of cumin, 1 tsp of black pepper, thyme). Add 3 tbsp of the spice mix and stir. Add white wine and reduce. Add cooked black lentils and mix. Add parsley, lemon juice and season with salt.
