Ingredients:
Meat: 1.5 kg
Onions: 2 pieces
Carrot: 1 piece
Potatoes: 3 pieces
Rice: 100 grams
Water: 3,000 ml
Salt: 1.5 tablespoon
Khmeli Suneli seasoning: 1 tablespoon
Pepper: 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste: 2-3 tablespoons
Instructions:
Cook the meat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add the potatoes and continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes.
In a separate pan, fry the onions and carrot, then add the tomato paste and spices.
Transfer this mixture into the pot with the meat and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes.
