Looking for an easy lunch recipe? Try these Red Lentils Savory Pancakes, also known as Chilla! They're quick, delicious, and perfect for a simple meal.
Method:
- Soak red lentils overnight or for at least 4 hours. (I've taken approximately a little over 1 cup of lentils.)
- Grind soaked red lentils with garlic, cilantro, salt, and add your favorite condiments. Add 1/4 cup of water initially, and add a little more if it does not create a batter consistency (medium).
- Make sure to grease the pan with water; we are not using oil. Ensure the stove is set to a low to medium flame.Make delicious red lentil pancakes.
