[RECIPE BELOW] Delicious Protein Packed Pasta!



[RECIPE]

1.) Cook 1 lb pasta (set aside for later)

2.) Pre heat the oven to 350, Add 10oz of chopped in half grape tomatoes to a small baking pan or bowl with a fresh large full head of garlic. Finally dress them up with some olive

3.) Bake our veggies for 30-45 minutes

4.) Once they’re baked add them to a blender (Squeeze the garlic and it should easily come out of the skin), along with 24 oz of cottage cheese and a large handful of spinach

4.5) At this point if we haven’t made our pasta just yet I’d get started on it now

5.) Add our blended sauce to a large sauce pan on medium high heat. Once it’s simmering add in whatever seasonings you’d like according to your taste. I added Italian seasoning, salt & pepper, and Pepper flakes

7.) Throw in a cup of Parmesan and mix well

8.) Finally add in your pasta from earlier and dig in!

9.) ENJOY!
