The addition of quinoa, kefir and chia seeds makes this recipe fantastic for your gut health.

INGREDIENTS
▪️1/2 cup oats
▪️1/2 cup cooked quinoa
▪️1 tbsp chia seeds
▪️1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
▪️1/2 cup kefir
▪️1 cup milk
▪️Blueberries
Topping: yoghurt, blueberries, nuts and seeds/granola
METHOD
▪️In a jar, mix all the ingredients together
▪️Top with your desired toppings
▪️Cover and refrigerate overnight.
