Pet-Friendly Amaranth Experiment

I love to experiment in the garden because it is hands-down the best way to learn, and test your micro-climate, soil and so many more things. I’ve grown in containers, raised beds, in-ground, and now in my side yard, which will be the home of my non-pet friendly plants.

Technically only the greens of amaranth are toxic to dogs, but it’s not a worthwhile risk to plant in my normal garden as I love to be out here with Riley all day in the summer, when she loves to sunbathe and explore.
