Looking for something quick, easy, and healthy to prepare? This matcha chia seed pudding only requires 3 minutes and 6 ingredients ✅
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Toppings: fresh berries or diced fruit, dried fruit, chopped nuts, nut butter, yogurt, granola, shredded coconut, cacao nibs
1. Add all ingredients to a small container and mix well. Leave in refrigerator overnight to thicken.
2. In the morning, stir thoroughly and add any toppings you desire. Enjoy!
