Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Dal mixture (urad dal, chana dal, rai)
- 1 red chilli
- 1 spring curry leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 1 onion
- Cabbage
- Salt (to taste)
- Grated coconut (optional)
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai. Add the dal mixture, red chilli, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, and onion. Mix well.
2. Next, add the chopped cabbage and salt. Cook on medium flame.
3. Finally, add the grated coconut.
Cabbage Poriyal is ready!
