Green Bean and Couscous Salad with Pesto Dressing

I've discovered another summer favorite: salad dressing with pesto. It's so easy to make and packed with flavor, you can use it on any salad!

For the dressing (Makes about 4 servings)

- 4 tsp of pesto sauce
- 4-5 tsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper

Whisk everything together in a bowl or a mason jar.

For the salad you will need:
- Desired amount of cooked green beans
- Cooked couscous
- Halved cherry tomatoes
- Sliced shallot
- Crumbled feta cheese

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix in the pesto dressing.
