Grape leaves dal
Ingredients
1/4 cup moong dal
Chopped onions
Oil for tempering
Masala-Salt,chili powder,turmeric, sesame powder and coriander powder
Procedure
Take pan and add oil, once hot add tempering followed by onions. Add washed mong dal and let fry for couple of minutes.
Add chopped grape leaves and above masala and 2 spoons hot water.
Mix well and cover with lid. Simmer heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes till it becomes soft.
