++++ Ingredients +++++
RED LENTIL BAGEL
Red lentil - 1 cup
Psyllium husk- 4 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tsps
Olive oil- 1.5 tbsp
Yoghurt- 1/4 Cup
Baking soda- 1/4 tsps
Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
also used Bagel seasoning or u can also make without seasoning its optional.

GREEN LENTIL BAGEL
Green whole lentil - 1/2 cup
Rice- 1/2 Cup
Spinach-1/2 Cup
Psyllium husk- 4 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tsps
Olive oil- 1.5 tbsp
Yoghurt- 1/4 Cup
Baking soda- 1/4 tsps
Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
Bagel seasoning
Coriander Leaves (optional)

YELLOW LENTIL BAGEL
Yellow Gram lentil- 1 cup
Psyllium husk- 4 tbsp
salt- 1/2 tsps
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsps
Olive oil- 1.5 tbsp
Yoghurt- 1/4 Cup
Baking soda- 1/4 tsps
Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
Bagel seasoning
Enjoy

+++++++ BAKING SETTINGS +++++++
Preheat Oven at 350 F or 180 C
Cook for 30 mins

++++ Recipe +++++
1. Wash & soak lentil overnight or for atleast 4-5 hours.
2. Drain all the water then add it to a blender along with other ingredients.
3. Grind everything into dough form and make balls and shape them to bagel.
4. Place them into a baking tray with a parchment paper.
5. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
6. bake for 30 mins or until golden and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let them cool 10-15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
