This ain't no Michelin-starred joint, no place for pretentious foodies or yuppie trendsetters. This is Epicurus' Kitchen, a sanctuary for the weary souls who crave the simple pleasures of life, a place where food is not just sustenance but an art form, a rebellion against the blandness of modern existence. Here, we don't follow fancy culinary trends or worship at the altar of overpriced ingredients. We believe in the power of tradition, the wisdom of time-honored recipes passed down through generations, the magic of fresh, honest ingredients that don't need fancy names or exotic origins to taste like heaven. Our dishes are like warm hugs on a cold night, like the sound of rain on a tin roof. They're not about impressing anyone with our culinary prowess; they're about nourishing your body and soothing your spirit. This is Epicurus' Kitchen, and we're here to feed your soul.
Materials
300 Grams of ground beef
1 piece of onion
1 Garlic
A bowl of Yogurt
2 Pcs phyllo dough
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
2 Tablespoons butter
Black Pepper and Salt
We cut the phyllo dough into roll-shaped pieces and place them in a bowl. we bake in the oven at 200 degrees until browned. Add two tablespoons of butter to the pan. We add a little liquid oil to it and put our onions, which we cut thin..When our onions are cooked a little, we add the minced meat to them, and when they are about to cook, we add our spices. Add some yogurt, salt and grated garlic to a bowl and mix. We're taking the phyllo dough out of the oven. We pour our yogurt sauce over it, then add the minced meat mortar on top and our ravioli is ready.
