Dal Boda Posto | Bengali Dal Wada

Ingredients
1) Red Lentil / Masoor Dal - 1 Cup
2) Water - As required
3) Nutrica Pro Fitness Oil - For frying
4) Green Chilli / Hari Mirch - 1 to 2 Chopped
5) Poppy seeds / Khas khas - 2 tsp
6) Rice Flour / Chawal Ka Aata - 1 tbsp
7) Salt - As per taste
8) Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
9) Catch Chaat Masala - As required
10) Dr. Oetker Veg Tandoori Mayonnaise - For garnishing
11) tsp = teaspoon
12) tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions
1) Wash and soak masoor dal in water for 2 hours. Then strain the water.
2) Transfer it to a grinding jar. Add green chilli and grind it without water. If it needs water, add some drops of water gradually. Prepare thick consistency batter. Transfer it in a bowl.
3) Now add poppy seeds, rice flour, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well.
4) Meanwhile, heat Nutrica Pro Fitness oil in a prestige cast iron pan over medium flame. When the oil is medium hot, take a small, ball-sized masoor dal mixture and drop it into the hot oil.
5) Deep fry them on medium flame until crispy and light golden brown, and take them out to a serving plate using a slotted spoon.
6) Sprinkle Catch chaat masala on it and garnish it with Dr. Oetker Veg Tandoori Mayonnaise.
7) 'Dal Boda Posto | Bengali Dal Wada' is ready to be served.
