1/6 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup no sugar added banana yogurt for non vegans, and if you are vegan, feel free to use a vegan option or make your own yogurt
1/4 cup Oat milk (optional if you like yours less thick. You can add less milk or skip this if you like yours thicker)
2 tablespoons honey (or sweetener of choice if using the no sugar added yogurt option. If blending bananas, they have enough sweetness, so no need for this)
1/4 tbsp vanilla
Graham crackers, shortbread, or granola for layering
Banana slices for layering
